Eligibility for Return

• Returns are accepted only for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused and in its original packaging (when applicable).

What Is Not Covered

• No exchanges will be offered for any reason for health and hygienic reasosns.
• Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as scent preference, allergic reactions, or accidental orders.
• Used or opened products (unless the defect is discovered after opening) are not eligible for return.
